The elders of Belz, Chełm and Hrubieszów undertake to pay 500 zł as an annual commission from the amount of 5, 000 zł lent to them by Mier (from the 31st Dec. 1738). Simultaneously, they confirm the agreement concluded with the newly established community in Radziechów concerning the Jewish poll tax. The amount of the poll tax paid by the Jews from Radziechów was set as 150 zł from 1739. Moreover, the agreement assumed that this sum could increase up to 200 zł after a period of five years if the number of Jews in Radziechów increased. Additionally, the elders pledged to pay orders of payment for the community of Radziechów for the years 1737 and 1738 and promised Mier to allocate the poll tax due from Radziechów for the commission entitled to him.
